1. Introduction
1. Please carefully review these terms and conditions (T&C) that will govern your relationship with the Notbank group. By clicking accept, or by accessing, registering or using our services, whether through the website www.cryptomkt.com, API, mobile applications or any associated service, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. These T&C will govern the operations between you (the 'User') and the service provider, through your use of the www.notbank.com platform (the 'Platform').
3. If the T&C are not acceptable to the User, they must refrain from accessing and/or using the Platform and immediately suspend the use of the Services. Any person who does not accept the T&C, which are mandatory and binding, must refrain from using the Services. The User must read, understand and accept all conditions set forth in the T&C. Failure to read, understand and fully accept these terms by the user means they do not consent to them and, consequently, that no contract will exist between the user, the service provider and the Notbank group.
4. The Platform contains links to the payment method access system, exchange of crypto assets and/or other virtual assets (the 'System') operated by the service provider, directly or through a third party that has been legally established in a regulated market, which, in turn, the platform links with Notbank as a provider of payment processing and fiat money collection services.
